All Sales Are Final
All payments made to Website Finder — including subscriptions, one-time purchases, credit packs, and add-ons — are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, prorated credits, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to unused time, accidental purchases, or change of mind.
Try Before You Buy
Because we do not offer refunds, we let you test the product for free before committing. Create an account and run searches at no cost to confirm Website Finder fits your workflow before you upgrade.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals — you will retain access through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining time.
Chargebacks
Disputing a legitimate charge with your bank or card issuer is considered a violation of our Terms of Service and will result in immediate account termination.
Exceptions
The only exception is where a refund is required by applicable law. If you believe this applies to you, contact support@websitefinder.app with details of your situation.
