Website Finder helps users discover publicly available information about local businesses. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness of the data for any particular purpose.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

• No spam, harassment, or unsolicited bulk messaging that violates anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, etc.).
• No reselling, scraping, or redistribution of Website Finder data.
• No reverse engineering or attempts to bypass rate limits, billing, or security.
• No use for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees.

6. No Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property

The Website Finder name, software, and design are our property. Business data returned via the service originates from third-party sources and remains subject to their terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Website Finder's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
